About Danijel
I grew up in a Christian family. Until I was 17, I lived two lives. I went to church with my parents and performed what was needed in the church. And the rest of the time I lived in world of my friends and shared their values. At the age of 17, the Lord called me, I repented, and I accepted Jesus. I studied in theological school to understand more God's word. After graduation I worked in a secular job and combined it with pastoral ministry.
About Kseniia
I was born and grew up in a family where we knew nothing at all about God and Jesus Christ. I grew up in Ukraine, a beautiful country that is now suffering from war.
At the age of 17, I entered university and moved to Kyiv. There I met Christians for the first time in my life. They were from the CRU student ministry. They told me about Christ, about His mercy, about salvation, and after some time I converted. Very soon I realized that I wanted to dedicate my life to serving Jesus Christ, evangelizing, and helping to grow in faith. After graduation from university, I joined the full-time ministry at Cru in Kyiv and served there for seven years in student ministry.
Our beginning together
We met through the Internet and realized very quickly that God was leading us along the same way. We were united by the desire to serve Christ full-time to fulfill His Great Commission: to preach the Gospel and make disciples. We got married in 2018 and decided to live and serve in Croatia, as we saw a great spiritual need. At that time in 2018 Danijel started his pastoral ministry and Ksenia moved to Croatia from Kyiv. For five years we served in Požega on the eastern Croatia.
OUR SPIRITUAL FIELD
In Croatia, 90% of people identify themselves as Christians and 86% identify as Catholics, but the churches recognize that most have never experienced a personal relationship with Christ. The Lord called us to preach the gospel, to follow only Christ, allowing Him to change lives and help people become disciples of Christ.
Our ministry now

Now we are serving in the north of Croatia in Varaždin. We have two sons: Elisej (2020) and Pavlo (2023) and one more son on the way.
In 2023 we moved to Varaždin, where Daniel became part of the eldership in the local Baptist church where he currently serves through preaching in the Church, discipleship with men and evangelization. Danijel is involved in the planting of a new church in Novi Marof, which is near Varaždin.
